Having worked at some of the world’s most prestigious international PR agencies, her focus on people and communications has led to award-winning campaigns, commercial success, and strong client relationships. Ask her about the one that came to her wedding. 

An energetic fusion of commercial acumen and creative flair, she’s helped grow multiple businesses from the ground up. 

A qualified executive coach and Lego® Serious Play® Facilitator, all her communications experience and love of developing people is now distilled into Litmus, where Fran works directly with clients to help them back themselves and make the most of every moment

Celia Venables

PR EXPERT

With over 18 years PR and brand communications experience, Celia has led the PR for global brands, start-ups, charities and everything in between. Working across various sectors she has led the PR for organisations including eHarmony, MOO, Hoop. Over the last 8 years Celia has focused on purposed led campaigns and charity work, driving change with people and organisations including Dadshift, Global Black Maternal Health, Glomama, Flex Appeal and Pregnant Then Screwed, FiveXMore, Delivering Better - and many more. Celia is passionate about helping organisations and people to tell their story with impact and to drive change. She co-led the Pregnant Then Screwed team to win Communications Team of the year, has been awarded the power part timer award from Timewise, and has several award winning PR campaigns under her belt. As a self-employed mum of two, the injustice and the battles that women face at work for simply becoming mums brings her leading the media for the campaign and mission of Pregnant Then Screwed.

With director-level communications experience, Janine Jacobs, co-founder of HappyHQ, has worked with global brands such as LinkedIn, Hilton, and PepsiCo. Her career has spanned various countries and cultures, involving both agency and client-side roles. Driven by a passion for understanding people, she studied at The School of Positive Psychology in 2017, where she now applies the science of human flourishing to the benefit of individuals and companies. Janine is also a fractional People and Culture Partner for a fast-growth creative agency. She’s also a Girls’ Network mentor, helping teenagers from disadvantaged backgrounds see their futures in a more positive light, gain essential skills, and build confidence.

Kate is a leading vocal and performance coach, with a background in TV, theatre, musical theatre and the music industry. An experienced facilitator, her holistic, bespoke and empathetic approach focuses on authenticity, confidence and connection, and she has worked with leading organisations, such as Tesco, Unilever, BBC, Frantic Assembly, Ballet Rambert and LAMDA. She also draws from her experience as an award-winning composer, writer, musical director, sound designer and performer for stage and screen.

As the Founder of Ask Tina, she supports clients in all areas of business administration, especially during rapid growth, with a passion for all things admin.
